Poor Service at SPAR Taxi City Newcastle

I visited SPAR Taxi City Newcastle on 27 September 2025.I wanted to register for an Extra Savings Card so I could benefit from the specials. I took a card and the instruction paper from the till to register, but the cashier took both away from me and told me I must bring back the paper, without allowing me to register or helping me further.

I left the store disappointed because I was denied the chance to register for the card and felt dismissed. I hope management addresses this issue, assists me in getting my card, and ensures staff treat customers with courtesy and professionalism.
