Rotten meat, poor customer service!

I bought eisbein from Spar Kilner Park and it was rotten, had a very bad smell. I called and spoke to an employee who couldnt assist and she transferred me to the manager (Rudi). Rudi told me to bring it back with the slip, I told him I'm in Mooikloof, the best I can do is to send them pictures and videos of the item or take it to my nearest Spar so that they can confirm what I'm saying. Rudi told me to put the rotten meat in my fridge and bring it to them whenever I can. What nonsense is this?! Would he put rotten meat in his fridge? Why do they sell rotten meat in the first place?! I will never, ever set foot in that store again
