Unacceptable behavior by staff- mistreatment of customers

If there was anything below 1 star I'd use it. I got to the shop at around 17:45 because I had an emergency and I needed a few items for the next day. The shop closes at 18:00. At 18:00, the guards were walking inside the shop alerting the customers that the shop is closed and that everyone should go to the paypoints. I continued with my shopping as I was still short of other items. It was at this point that the staff was making comments/remarks that we shouldn't be wasting time but go pay for whatever is in the trolley to avoid finding tills empty with no cashiers to assist. That's no way to speak to customers. They shouldn't have howled at me to go pay. The store got closed while I was inside and according to my understanding, they should have let us continue with our shopping then they can prepare to go. That behavior was not only unprofessional but also portrayed poor customer service and experience. Superspar Highway Mdantsane need to do better. We don't go for shopping late with intentions of delaying the staff but we there are a lot of underlying factors. Instead of harassing paying customers then they should rather consider amending the operating hours to accommodate late customers and their admin, of any.
