Order 5180 cancelled and not refunded.

On 01-11-2025 at approximately 7:38 l bought groceries online that worth R412.94, few minutes later it was cancelled with no explanation, l was not contacted and well informed about the reason of its cancelation. I was not refunded, till now nobody contacted me.
