Worst SUPERSPAR ever

on the 25/08/2023 i had done my shopping and wanted to check a price at the TOPS Liquor outlet that is directly next to the main store. I had a full trolley of groceries and asked the security if i could park my trolley in the liquor store at the front for a minute as the store had just opened and there was nobody shopping instore. The security had told me that protocol didnt allow that and i had to empty my trolley and leave my groceries at the parcel counter. I asked to speak to the manager and Ravi arrived with no care and a bit of arrogance. He told me to park the trolley full of groceries outside the store as he cannot help me. He was not the liquor store manager and even past a sarcastic remark about me to the security. What a bad shopping experience at this store. No customer care whatsoever.
