POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE'S RENDERED

I'm very dissaponited in the service i recieved this morning at spar at 8:45am. They had advertised the belgravia cider 275ml assorted for x2 @ R150 just to drive all the way from town to find out they don't even have stock of the item this is the second time that I've come into tops for this special and there's no stock available stop falsely advertising products and wasting people's time and petrol money because nobody is compensating us for this. Each time they advertise good products at reasonable prices there's either no stock or the delivery didn't arrive as yet why advertise then. Further more the staff nor the security didn't even call the manager I had to walk quite a distance to query my frustration. He then told me spar is not at fault but the distributor is liable.

WHAT'S THAT GOT TO DO WITH THE CUSTOMER.
