Never shopping at Chatsworth Super Spar again

I have recently had the most unpleasant experience at the Chatsworth Super Spar where I paid for my things by debit card the cashier swiped my card and it declined,she then told me there must be something wrong with the machine and said to swipe again so that's exactly what I did and it declined again. I had only enough to pay for what I had bought in my account and when I checked my phone it had got a message showing payment had been made to the store I showed the manager the message and she said there's nothing she could do and that I had to wait 48 hours for the money to be reversed so this was on the 26/09/2023.I went back to the store yesterday which was the 28/09/2024 and spoke to a different person cause the lady who took my details was off. Now for the third time I have to go back to the store because of incompident people like these petrol costs money and it already cost me more to run up and down I will never shop at that Spar again.
