ADVERTISING OF ITEMS WHICH THEY UNABLE TO UNPACK PATHETIC

Spar Chatsworth had a special on the hunters dry dated the 15/12/21 which was posted in the rising sun i drove all the way from pinetown to purchase a case of this item and arrived at the store at 10am. Just to find out that they haven't yet stocked up on the item according to floor sales assistant the stock is upstairs and there's no way he can bring it down. After numerous enquiries and most of the staff which are unable communicate. I had then asked for the bernini which was on special yet again I got the same reply like the hunters. How can a big business like spar advertise items on special get customers there early in the morning to purchase set items but dont have stock. I had to then drive all the way to pick n pay. Pay the normal retail price of the item and was forced to purchase it seeing as we where have a gathering the next day. Absolutely dissatisfied with the customer service and overall dissaponited in spar seeing as always doing my monthly shopping at the store where I spend thousands and to be let down like this absolutely pathetic. Would rather go back to purchasing all my monthly groceries and beverages from shoprite chatsworth.
