Pathetic staff.

Please ell me why I phone this pathetic store to ask if they have "Moet et Chandon" Champagne. The woman that I spoke to said that she will put 2 bottles aside for me. The next day after driving 51Kms to this spar I discovered that there was none in stock. Someone came to assist and took me to the wine section. Again we looked and still could not find any. Later a lady, who I assume to be in charge of the wines dept appeared and told me that they have never stocked this item. No wonder this country is falling apart.
