Disgusting customer service

<p>I have been waiting for a month for a quotation from these people. We've been going up and down with them for the entire period. I got the wrong quote after 2 weeks and then we still waited for another 2 weeks with them asking for more information that other suppliers didn't need when all we needed was an estimate so we could gauge price compared to other quotations. I call the owner to ask for this and explain that we are getting frustrated with the wait and HE starts SCREAMING at ME?! Could not believe it! Customer service is not something this company offers at all!!</p>
