Super BAD service at Super Plants Tokai

I have been a regular customer at Super Plants Tokai over the last 7 years. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. <br> <br> I wanted to spend R6000 on new plants for my garden and the manager/owner (Morne Faulhammer) was incredibly rude and not accommodating. He literally turned away from me while I was asking for help and then raised his voice when I asked him about delivery. He showed no interest in my needs and he was irritated when I asked questions!<br> <br> Morne, thanks to your Super BAD service, I have spent R8000 at your competitor! And I will encourage all my friends, family and contractors to do the same. You should not be treating your customers so poorly, customers have many options available to them. In this economic climate you should especially be valuing your high spending customers!<br> <br> Its a pity that your lovely staff need to put up with your attitude and shocking behaviour.
