Review of Supercool Projects and Sirair HVAC Services

I strongly advise against using Supercool Projects and Sirair for any HVAC or installation work based on my recent experience with them. Here are the significant issues I encountered:

Safety Concerns: - Installed a condensation pipe directly over an exposed electrical connection, creating a serious safety hazard - Demonstrated poor safety practices and lack of professional judgment

Installation Quality Issues: - No attention to proper alignment - pipes, wires, and other components installed without regard for plumb lines - Substandard workmanship throughout the entire project - Lack of proper tools for the job, resulting in wall damage from improper installation methods - Instead of drilling properly, they resorted to forcefully hitting through walls, causing unnecessary damage

Business Practices: - Company insisted on using their preferred installers without consideration for customer preferences - Demanded payment before completing the installation - Failed to maintain professional standards throughout the project

The overall experience revealed a concerning lack of professionalism, technical competence, and attention to safety standards. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services. The combination of poor workmanship, safety concerns, and unprofessional business practices makes them a contractor to avoid.
