Theft of monies

I purchased a projector from this company who also attended to installation, the quote had unusually high items for brackets required for installation and I picked up later that there was error but only after i had made payment, namely that they had included items that were only applicable to a short throw projector (which was not being purchased) and which was thus not provided. I was therefore due for a refund of over ZAR 2000. In addition despite knowing that the scope included removal of an old projector I was left with a hole in my ceiling which has not been repaired months later despite their assurance that this would be attended to. I have not received my refund despite months or waiting with no timeline, my emails requesting updates are ignored or the response is simply that it is being processed at their head office indefinitely. Effectively this is a theft by the company as they are knowingly retaining money erroneously laid to them ********ly. The lack of responsiveness and urgency to attend to these issues is appalling and extemely dissapointing I will not use this company again nor recommend this company to anyone.
