Superior transport is not paying us.

Hellow i am writing on behalf of my husband, on the 24 March 2020, the truck of Superior transport hit my husbands house and break the wall since then they never fix the house ,This happened in Dandee at Glencore the person who came to the seen is not picking the calls so we called Outsurance and the insurer says the company doesnt want to pay the upfront fee so that they can pay us. Please help us with this matter.
