Shocking after sales service
I have some issues with my spa that was supp**** by Superior Spa in Cape Town. I sent an email (saturday 26 Sept) requesting they visit me to fix my problems. Email never acknowledged (sent twice) plus I phoned (Tuesday 29 Sept)them to inquire why my emails had not been answered. Reception took down my name and ***. Still waiting for a call.
