I am in the market for a cantilever shade and based on the excellent reviews this company received I emailed them to make an appointment. I duly received a reply asking when I was available or to let them have measurements? I rep**** when I was available and that was that. So one has to wonder where these reviews came from. Because if the company cannot follow up on an appointment how would one trust them to do an installation.
