EXCUSES NEVER STOPS

<p>WE rented a house from this company and on 1st of December 2016 we moved to another house closer to our work. Immediateley the new tendants moved in when we were out. BEcause we did not stay our complete lease contract I contacted the agency on 28 November 2016 and ask if we will loose our deposit although there are already new people that took over the contract and moved in.. The reply was "NO, NOT AT ALL. WE DO DEPOSIT REFUNDS AFTER THE 10th OF EACH MONTH". This was the reply on 28 November 2016, On 1 December I again sent an email to the agency to inform them that I will be out of the country from 12th December 2016 and then gae them the banking details to pay our deposit back. This email was sent on 1/12/2016 @10h56 and was read by the agency at 1/12/16 ********** <p>Today is already the 20th January 2017 and still we have not yet received our deposit back. This agency has a new excuse everytime you talk to them. I would never ever recommend any person to rent or buy anything ever from this agency</p>
