Worst service ever

We wanted out wood fireplace converted to gas fireplace. Superior gas was referred by a lawyer who works with SA Home loans. The service was absolutely shocking. There were always excuses why they were not able to come out on the day they said they would. Measurements were taken wrong, so the grate is forced in. Then I had to wait 7 working days for a cage and plate to be made that should of been installed with the grate. Managers have bad attitude. When I went to collect the COC I would not sign to say they had explained the safety and operation of the fireplace and gas bottle. So receptionist was not allowed to give me my COC until manager came back and phoned me. Worst service ever and they do t even give a damn
