How is this man in business still?

<p>Vossie from Superior Gas was commissioned in January to install a gas line in my kitchen that would also require the installation a cage that could house 2 x cylinders. outside in the servitude. Vossie insisted on a full payment prior to delivery, after calling him and discussing that I would be more comforatable with a 50% deposit upfront and balance of payment on completion, he was in agreement. I even proceeded to send him a text message to confirm our discussion, to which no objections were raised. </p> <p> </p> <p>Despite not following instructions as to where the installation needed to be done, on the day of the installation, Vossie only arrives with only one cylinder and regulator, no cage and no spare cylinder. The story given to me on the day was that Vossie had not made the cage or gotten the additional cylinder. </p> <p> </p> <p>After months of following up with Vossie and a third party who Vossie was commissioned through, nothing has happened except for Vossie changing his story stating that full payment is needed before he delivers the balance of the goods. Despite sending him screen grabs of the communication, proof of the 50% payment, he is adamant that full payment is needed, despite him agreeing otherwise.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not do business with this company/man, he will quickly tell you that he does 3 -5 instalaltions a day, he is not honourable and does not know how to run a business. It seems like he is having cash flow problems and is reliant on his customers to bank roll him in order to stay in business. You will be better off contracting someone else who is more reliable and reputable and knows how to run a business properly.</p>
