Damage caused to vehicle

I took my BMW 320 to Superior Car Clinic for a regular service last Thursday. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle before it went in. On Friday morning every warning light the vehicle has came on the dash display. We called Superior Car Clinic who confirmed that the seal on the oil filter - which they just fitted! - was broken and the oil had run out. Damage had by this time already been done to the engine.<br> The car was returned to them to be repaired.<br> On Tuesday the Radiator blew. I see I am not the only person complaining that my vehicle goes to Superior Car Clinic for a service and gets returned with a host of problems thereafter.<br> Now they deny responsibility for the repair to the vehicle - surely during a service the oil, water and other filters are checked? Most awful service and attitude I have ever received from a mechanic.
