Disgraceful Service ALERT! Too good to be true Accounting and Bookkeeper

A few weeks before provisional tax payment is due, I received an invoice from Karien Lintvelt. When I asked for more clarification and understanding. She uses manipulative words in a voice note :

” We don’t do 30 days…you are taking my kids food out of there mouth… and no work will be done until payment is received”

As I wanted my Tax in order, I completed the payment for the invoice due.

Tuesday 21 Feb 2023, I received an incorrect labelled Income&Expense Statement. When I asked Karien to amend. She responded with the most shocking reply to a client: “Seriously Clint?? Os that now your biggest problem? A honest typo because I am running like a afkop chicken to keep everyone happy? Are you still interested in our services or do you want to move to another accountant? “

A simple question to amend a document took Karien & Johan Linvelt to not answering any of my questions regarding my income and expense statement and was not willing to accept any of my calls.

After questioning them on their professional conduct with clients and the current service I am receiving, they decided to not complete my provisional Tax and told me to come and collect my documents as they will not complete my submission.

Utterly disgraceful service and no sense of professional client relations.
