Called them to fix a spin cycle fault om my Samsung top loader washing machine. Samuel Kajombo (aka: "Pastor Samuel" ***, ***) from BLUE ICE APPLIANCE came to my house with assistant Mark ***). They spent 30 minutes of labour to replace a pressure switch worth R 200-00. They continued the work without presenting me with a quotation. Charged me R 1950-00 for "service and labour" The washing machine broke down completely after the first use. Phoned Samuel for follow-up (6 months guarantee on repairs) and stated there may be "extra costs" involved should they find "another" problem besides the replaced pressure switch. STAY AWAY FROM SUPERIOR APPLIANCE REPAIR!!
