Sperholmes. Unproffesional and dishonest

Thursday morning my home burned down. Needlez tonsay it left us with a accomodation predicament. We immediately start looking for a property to rent. After a number of trail and errors Superhomes had a property for rent. Owner Mr Robbie van Tonder. We contacted him and though he sort of seemed ok to show us the property there was not really a sense of urgency. Irrespective of out critical situation. When we were able to view the property on Saturday at last wr daid we will rent it. Due to.my situation I could not immediately push the upfront money. I comitted to have in a week. Robbie pushed mefor the money and and kept on changing his story and the goal post. Tonthe exend that app**** online for as mall loan on Sunday. Monday morning i had enough Money and on Monday afternoon I signed the contract. Robbie told me he would phone me later the evening to inform me of the final arrangements. He was as quiet as death. Next morning I we were ready to start mowing. I could not get hold of Robbie. When at last his assistant answer I was told he went to shops.... at 7h00 in the morning. . Later the story changed again and he was declared sick. His assistant tried to resolve the outstanding issues. The Robbie messaged me an told me to stay calm. My wife tried calling them and the assistant were trying bravely to keep up the front. . When we tried to call again. No one answered. Later we got a message to tell us the "owner has decided not to rent the property" any more and its out of there hands. I have seldom worked with people and company so unproffesional..i had a signed contract and Superhomes just felt nothing to drop me and wash their hands in innocence. My advice is to stay away from them. They are not honest and extremely unproffesional..
