Pathetic service at SuperGym in Kilner Park

<p>I would like to complain about the PATHETIC service at the SuperGym in Kilner Park, Pretoria.</p> <p> </p> <p>After more than 2 months of trying to cancel my gym contract, I was told today that they will only cancel the contract and debit order in July, after I was told that the cancelation period is only one month. I've phoned non stop for two months, and every time someone promises to get back to me, which they never did. I was phoned back twice in the last week, once to confirm that the contract have been cancelled and again today to inform me that it will only be cancelled in July. May I also add that my membership card was taken WITH the cancelation letter, so I have not used the facilities since middle March.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have no email address, so no written trail can be followed to trace back this endless battle, and when I requested an email address for management, I was told that "it was ******" and that I need to write a letter and take it to the gym. Seriously!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>May I also add that most of their equipment is out of order most of the time and that the personal trainers are lazy, late and useless.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not happpy at all!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so angry and don't know what else to say or do.</p>
