Unfair

We made a purchase with SuperGold Trading 211 CC online and and via PayFast.

SuperGold Trading 211 CC is not responding and their phones go to an answering service/message. We contacted PayFast and they advised that SuperGold Trading 211 CC has been "under investigation" and has been blacklisted on PayFast. Why then was a transaction allowed and payment accepted on behalf of SuperGold Trading 211 CC? We were advised by PayFast that they (PayFast) had received numerous/ a number of complaints of SuperGold Trading CC not responding to clients who placed orders for goods and paid via PatFast! Will PayFast accept some form of responsibility?
