Wrong size

I bought a part of shoes at atterbury Superga outlet, I bought size 37 and they gave me wrong size box was size 37 but shoes in the box was 37 and half when I return trying to explain the problem they didn't want to change size but the they admit on being wrong by giving the wrong size.
