On the 19th of Oct 2017 We (My wife and I) went to a Superga store in Mall of Africa looking for matching sneakers for our Photo Shoot (21.10.2017).
After an hour or so of looking for the right shoes, We finally found one pair we like. We then fitted the sizes to get the correct size. Once that was done, we asked the sales consultant ( Tshego) to provide us with 2 pairs of MATCHING sneakers, one for my wife, and one for myself. she did that and we then went to the till and paid.
On the day of the Photo Shoot we woke up in the morning, put on our outfits ( including the sneakers). and went to the the Photo shoot. Later that afternoon we then realised that they gave us two different colour sneakers.
On Sunday 22nd Oct we then went to the store to try show them of the mistake they made while selling sneakers. When we arrived to the store, their manager was not there ( Vicky) the sales consultants called her and she advised us to leave the sneakers at the store so that she can take them to the factory in order for them to assist.
On the 26th of Oct, Vicky called me to say they can't exchange the sneakers since they are already won.
My problem in summary is
1. They sold us the wrong product. They should be able to give us a refund for both pairs or provide us the sneakers we asked for.
Kindly advise.
