Worst service ever by a disrespectful manager

<p>I went to the Superga factory shop at Value Centre Springfield. I was purchasing a pair of Superga shoes. The one shoe was a display shoe that was extremely dirty, the glue was showing and it was not in a good condition. When I spoke to the manager regarding this and asked for a further discount from the sale price due to the poor condition of the shoe, the manger whose name was Selisha was extremely rude. I also queried how I can clean the shoe properly, she ignored my question and when I reminded her that I asked her that. She told me off. She spoilt my whole experience at the Superga store. I love Superga and after still buying the shoe, I will have this bad experience attached to my pair of shoes. I don't understand why Superga will have such a disrespectful person representing their brand. It's pathetic. </p>
