Superga misleading clients

I bought a pair of classic Superga from Sandton City which were supposed to be grey according to the consultant; and even on the sneaker box it says it is a grey sneaker (although I argued with the consultant and said it is green, however she insisted that the colour is under the grey list). Anyway I took the sneaker but as I shopped online at Superbalist I saw the same sneaker is listed as green - this is now after I wanted a grey sneaker and ended by taking a green one because the consultant assured me that it is grey and on the sneaker box it is printed as grey.

Please explain this and explain how this can be rectified. Since I oringally requested for a grey sneaker and was told it is grey? And this time without being misled!
