shocking responce

i had bought my 3 year old shoes at this shop, he wore the shoes for a walk around the yard and came back crying that the shoes were hurting him. because he had walked around the helper proceeded to wipe the shoes in order for us to return them. I since returned the shoes and this shop refuses to replace those shoes with a bigger size. They are the only kids shoe shop in the country that refuses to return kids shoes, all I want is a bigger size and they are not willing to help a customer out. where is the consumer protection act when you need it. <br> <br> where is the fairness of this company, they are telling me that my R500 spent is basically down the drain
