Poor quality shoes

Bought Superga shoes about a year ago but have only worn them a few times. Unfortunately one can not keep receipts of everything you buy for such a period of time. Although the material of the shoe is still in perfect condition, the soles turned yellow. I have been at the Superga store in Mall of Africa twice and only after the second visit got feedback that they can unfortunately not assist me with this problem as I do not have a receipt. So I would not advise anyone who is interested in buying expensive shoes and would want to have them looking acceptable for longer than 3months to buy this brand. If this is the customer service they offer for poor quality rather spend your money on other products who will gladly assist when they can clearly see the product is sub-standard.
