Not happy about the manufacturing

I am so dissaponted with the shoes I bought from superga I is torn apart and I bought it last year November, I bought two pairs of shoes same time but one is torn, and I don't have a receipt, I expected it to be a strong shoe, but dissaponted please advice on what to do.
