my kept aside was purposely sold

I had asked Edmund on 25/07/2015 to keep aside a size 5 black flatform for me to purchase by either saturday 27 or 28 july. I arrived on the 27th to find that the shoe was sold and that they couldnt go down to the stock room to get another size 5 for me. i had come all that way FOR NOTHING. they promised to have it the next day and that they would call me when they have it out of the stock room so i could come back again. they didnt call me the next day i called them then they said they dont have it and that new stock will come the 29th and that they would call me by 10am. nobody called me since. they are the only store in cape town/western cape that stocks this shoe and its atrocious that their service is so bad. one of the girls at the store had whispered to her colleague that maybe Graeme (the manager) had sold it because he always takes keep asides and sells them. she didnt know that i heard. i cant keep going in to a mall to buy things hence me buying stuff online instead but even their website has no option of purchasing online. i had given up and would rather buy it from another place if i ever find one. their service is disgusting and for a manager to do this is very bad!
