Misleading trading hours and lack of compassion-SUPERGA

I have a 9 year old son who had a birthday on Saturday. He was so excited as he was wanting a Kappa Tshirt! I phoned around and found an affordable one at Superga. I was told they close at 5pm and this suited me as I wanted my son to wake up to his gift. I left work early (N1 City Goodwood) and got stuck in bumber to bumper traffic all the way to the Superga Access Park store at 4:55. When I got there I was told they close at 4:55pm and this is their right due to safety. There was no branch manager and they were not interested in my pleas. Another client arrived and was also refused entry even though both of us explained it is not yet 5pm as per the trading hours. We were refused entry point blank by the 2 young sales ladies. I found this absolutely disgusting. Surely when one phones they should indicate that the store closes at 4:55 and the trading hours should also be amended. I intend bringing this to all the Head office of Superga.
