Extremely Dissapointed

I went into the Superga shop on the 22/12/2015 to purchase a shoe. I bought the black superga with the thin sole of which the sales men sold to me. I wore the shoe twice and the superga sign on the heel of the shoes is coming<br> out. It is both the shoes that it is happening to and its quite embarrassing to wear it again like that. I would like a call from the business manager so I can voice my concerns as I am really dissapointed with this shoes!!! Should I not receive satisfactory feedback I will take this up with consumer protection act. These shoes should never be on sale, yes it may look nice but the quality is patetic.
