Yesterday I had the unfortunate need to go into the Superga store in the Pavilion. It was my daughter’s 21st and all I wanted was to purchase the plain white Classic shoes as a birthday present.
Firstly, the music was at such an atrociously high level that I could barely hear myself speak. Is this a nightclub or a professional clothing provider ? I cannot tell. Secondly, there were about 4 shop attendants all standing around, either doing nothing or dancing in their personal disco. One attendant was even playing with a yo-yo ! As soon as I walked in I did not have a single offer of assistance from any of them. I was blatantly ignored and disregarded. As a customer I should not have to plead for assistance and recognition in a store. Yet obviously your employees are just of an unprofessional, unaccommodating and obnoxious nature.
I was incredibly disappointed and disgusted at the ‘customer-service’ I did not receive, but more importantly very saddened that I was unable to get my child a birthday gift at the expense of your unthoughtful attendants.
It is highly unlikely I will be returning to that store ever again.
