I love these shoes so decided to visit ur gateway mall store in Durban I wanted to put the shoes on laybye (4) pairs of kiddies shoes and a very rude store manager told her staff not to except the laybye, according to her were only allowed to laybye one shoe at a time, after hearing this I requested to see her and had to ,15-20 minutes before she could get to me and when I asked why that is so she said she was on lunch😮 😧 what kind of customer service is that .. anyways she moved on to explain that we can only laybye 5 shoes and I told her I have 4 so what's the problem 🤔 she changed her statement and said we can do only one at a time and she was very rude mind you.

In the end we bought all the four shoes and left the store totally disappointed and frustrated this kind of service I received I feel was degrading and discriminative, I don't feel comfortable ever going back there.

The managers name is Serisha gateway store.
