Bad quality that they refuse to replace

I have tried to email them with no response, got hold of them through Facebook messages. I bought Superga (2750 Cotu Classic in white) on 23 October 2020. I washed them for the second time this past weekend by following Supergas instructions which was on their website. After the washing them, they came out full of cardboard, stained from the cardboard and pulling loose from the sole. All they have to say about it is that they only replace faulty shoes within 6 months from date of purchase. I feel if you have a good name like Superga and you pay almost a R1000 for a pair of sneakers, this should not be happening. They lost a very loyal customer.
