Bad experience with Superga-usa.com

I had a very bad experience of buying shoes from superga-usa.com I placed an order of white shoes, instead of that, they sent me a blue one. I called customer service, they stated the white shoes, that I ordered, would be delivered in the next 2 days. I waited for 5 days, nothing came home. I called them back, now they said everything must be returned to the warehouse and so they can make a refund to me. Excuse me??? I ordered the shoes for a special occasion, I have waited days for nothing but my money back. Wasted my time!!
