After complaining about Step ahead a service, I got hold of Superga myself, there service has been amazing, Craig Joseph contacted me and gave me a refund, I then called every store I could to get the other type of Superga that I was looking for and I was told by everyone they were sold out nation wide. I thought let me try my luck. I sent Craig a mail, he CC'd Wandile Gumede in and within 10minutes I had a response saying she had found me a pair. Excellent after service Superga. If this is how you treat your clients you will go far. Well done.
