Absolutely appalling

The website said that the superga online shop will be open again on the 4 January after the new year holidays. I waited until the 4th and the website was still down, I sent an email to enquire and have not received a response. I checked again on the 5th and now the 6th and have sent another 2 emails which too have been ignored. I logged on to the website today only to find they have changed the opening date to the 8th. I have not received any notification or response. I thought common decency would apply and I would have at least received a reply from customer service but I have not. Clearly they do not care about customers and have no inclination what so ever to be helpful. I am appalled and disgusted by this pathetic company!
