This company is a ****. I opened an account with them because I wanted to get trading signals for my MT4 account of Easy Deposit Bonus 2. I deposited $55 with them using my Tymbank account. I was served by whosoever they call is the CEO named Coke. The CEO said he's glad that I didn't claim my bonus before I deposit because he feels if I'm a beginner and I want to withdraw small profits on my MT4 account it would be difficult with the bonus added. The bonus supposedly adds $750 on my account to make it bigger for risk management I guess. I was happy with the suggestion of the CEO. I made my account to reflect in zar currency instead of dollars. Now the funny part without me knowing I was given a R50 account as my balance with a bonus of R1500. Initially I ignored this thinking the balance is showing things in dollars only to realize later that the balance is in rands. I realized this when I wanted to withdraw to which I was told I have $2.7 in my account because I deposited R50🤔. I challenged this enough to even talked to the guy who was a depositor by the name of Thulani. Now this Thulani came with a strange story about the WhatsApp group management I was involved with, saying he doesn't recognize them in the business. However the CEO named Coke said they own Superforex based in Tzaneen and Thulani said Superforex is based in America but has a branch in Sandton of which SA head quaters are ther but he's working from home. I immediately send him all my WhatsApp chat history with my case of being told I did not deposit $55 but deposited $2.7. He said let me escalate the matter to their email address for investigating my whereabouts of my $55 deposit. To this day they have not rep**** and I sent everything including all documents of WhatsApp history data, receipts of depositing R1500/$55 on the 13th of April. I have given up on chasing my money because I can see superforex is not respecting my complaint plus their claiif helping us with trading signals is a ****, WHERE HAVE YOU HEARD AN MT4 ACCOUNT CAN BE OPENED WITH $2.7/R50 zar?
