Pathetic Service and Non Delivery of Garage Doors

In the beginning Susan would constantly be in touch. We needed a custom job done on our garage doors. The installer came out and did measurements and Susan sent the invoice out the same day for about R18000. This was paid as per the invoice that we signed and sent back. Thereafter it has been a nightmare. I was promised our aluminium doors the next week. Constant phone calling was done on our side. Susan would not answer my calls or messages but when I would call her from another number she would answer. We got our garage doors 3 weeks later but not our custom motor or remotes. This after Susan gave us the installers number to phone directly. The installer actually informed us rather than Susan of the company making the motor was closing due to the December holidays. Called her again and eventually got a hold of her to be told that the company will open on the 11 Jan. I called Susan on the 11th Jan and she told me by the end of the week. Nothing happened and since then I have not heard from her. I have phoned countless times, sms'd her and sent her mails which I have received read requests for. We will be taking legal action.
