Superfancy *****ing money from our bank accounts!

Could I please abe assisted, this company keeps taking money from my account and I have ever purchased anything from them, their an online store selling clothes, I don know from where, this is the 2nd time they take money from my account, I can't even reverse it cause it comes out as a payment.
