Worst customer service ever

Staffs are so aggressive and abusive. Worst experience ever that happened ti me. Please think 100 times to spend your money in this company. They are ****. They refuse refund including manufacture faulty refund. No replacement no refund at all. Called to customer service but no response at all. Worst worst worst!!! My skin got blister because of your product and no care! Who cares. And they threatened me to throw my slippers away if i dont take it back.
