terrible service from superdry

<p>Terrible service received from superdry. From store manager till regional manager. I bought a men's jogger on 14/02/2016 but due to season had only worn the item in June. After the first wash the entire pants had stretched out. Due to the fact that it was not within the 90 day period superdry had indirectly told me it's my problem and they can't assist me. As a luxury brand they have failed to look after a loyal customer. Superdry has a pathetic customer service policy and terrible customer service. </p>
