Superdry SA worst customer service ever!

Worst service ever from your SA online store! It's been more than a month that I've been trying to return a leather jacket I bought from your online store. I waited weeks for your courier to actually collect the return from me and now no one is refunding the R3200 I spent on the jacket, without any explanation. I've spent hours emailing and phoning your customer service team, and they only offer lame excuses that they are not sure why this is happening. Are you actually *****ing my money??!!!!

I have another two returns at my house, which were also logged a week ago, and no courier has been to collect.
