Superdry Clothing Store

<p>Shoppers Beware. This store has a very unaccommodating return policy. I purchased 2 items of clothing at the Menlyn Maine Store in Pretoria. I informed the shop assistant that I was purchasing the items for my son. At NO stage was I informed of the "return policy". The items did not fit my son and he also indicated that he did not really like the items. A day later I returned to the store with the items only to be informed that they do not allow items to be returned as per the "disclaimer" which appears on the counter and as per the "return" policy printed on the invoice which obviously you only receive after having paid for the items. Needless to say I now have a "credit note" for the store which I am forced to redeem by purchasing to the same value. I will NEVER return to this store and I advise would be patrons to be very careful and better still to boycott this store until such time as they change their policy.</p>
