Superdry Canal Walk

I went to the Super dry store in Canal Walk and have again experienced terrible service. Specifically from the person who I believe is the assistant manager. Today (12 July) was the last straw. My partner and I visited the store and upon entering we were greeted by only one of the 3 male employees present. The same person who greeted us then proceeded to help another customer. My partner then began to try on various outfits while I rummaged through the racks of clothing. Still neither of the other 2 employees, including the assistant manager, offered any assistance. I then had to look through the higher racks of clothing and as I am rather short I was visibly struggling to reach the items. Still no assistance from the 'assistant' manager or the other employee. After a good 15 mins of struggling through the store I left fuming. Once again disappointed by the service at this branch from the same staff member as usual. I would expect a store of such high calibre to have competent staff who do not so visibly IGNORE their customer. Absolutely pathetic. I will not be visiting the store again.
