Super Dry Store manager rude, no customer service

<br> I purchased a red sweater and I returned it to the store due to the red fluff going onto my clothes as well as a small tear on the left shoulder.<br> I understand these things happen , however my complaint lies with the most horrible service imaginable I received from the store manager.<br> After dropping it off with Ashley the store manager at the store and sending my proof of purchase via email, he called me and tried to convince me for them to fix it at a tailor and give it back to me. When I denied he said and I quote \ Do you want me to throw it away?". <br> To say the least he is rude"
